Welcome to Mannix Consulting Ltd.

Mannix Consulting Ltd Provides the UK Construction Industry with specialist Planning/Scheduling and Cost Management Services. Founded in 2007 our consultancy has been commissioned to programme/schedule a vastly diverse range of projects, covering all sectors of the industry. We have undertaken a hugely multifarious range of projects in value and complexity. These projects have ranged from multimillion inner city sites, to office alterations/refurbishment.

At Mannix Consulting Ltd there is a detailed understanding of modern methods of construction and innovative cutting edge Design & Build. Combined with our understanding of more traditional build methods, this knowledge allows our consultancy to communicate with your business at every level engaging with every member of your project team.

Schedule for Success

In order to assist our clients, and usually at tender stage, we develop a workable construction programme/schedule, analyse all of the tender data, and graphically present this data in a concise and logical manner to all of your team members. The services we provide to clients include the development of the original construction schedule and updating the schedule on a monthly or, as and when needed basis, which includes providing the monthly progress reports and graphics. Additional services available include method statement production as well as suggesting site welfare arrangements and estimated plant usage during the build.

Project Success

At Mannix Consulting Ltd, we believe that in order to have a successful project it must first be built in detail on paper. This plan must then be communicated effectively to all levels of the project team. Simply placing dates on paper will not work. Building the project in detail on paper and effective communication are the best services we provide year in year out to our clients.
